Tam was introduced to church and God in her youth but was not raised in the church. As an adult in her late 20s she surrendered to Christ and began her steady Walk. This was after a series of repeated wrong steps were taken and God showing her repeated mercy, grace, and favor.
With a renewed commitment to God, she would automatically aid others in any way that she could-having known what it is like to be on various levels of the totem pole. Throughout the years this grew into her being led to opportunities to minister to those in spiritual, emotional, and mental need. This sprang from her being able to connect with folks and meeting them where they were at.
Additional phases of self-actualization took place within Tam bringing her to the point of full and total surrender to God and His Will for her life. With this being done she has vowed to use the favor over her life to aid the next person in building their Walk with Christ.
